A donation made has not been recorded in my campaign

Ensuring donors' money reaches the beneficiary is our top priority. Crowdera uses the secure & encrypted payments technology to ensure your donation is processed safely.

If the transaction is not recorded, it might be a due to a technical glitch from the payment gateway or due to low connectivity.

In case an amount has been deducted from your account and it's not reflecting on our platform there can be two cases:

Case 1: The amount has been authorized by the Payment Gateway

In this case, you will receive a receipt from the Payment Gateway for your donation and we will add the donation to the campaign from our end. It normally takes 48 hours to be reflected in the campaign.

Case 2: The amount has not been authorized by the Payment Gateway

In this case, the payment is stuck with the Payment Gateway. Rest assured your money is safe. If the payment is not captured by our platform within 72 hours, it automatically gets refunded to the your bank account.
