Login to Crowdera with your Email ID and Password. You can also login faster with the help of Google or Facebook.
If you log in with Google or Facebook you will be can directly create a campaign and if you have a login with email id password you will receive an activation link, on clicking the link your accounts gets activated and you can create a campaign.

Hit create a campaign in the tab on the top right corner.

Click to start your crowdfunding campaign within 5 mins (for any cause, any NGO, Company, Individual Startup firm, a community can initiate the fundraiser here)

Step 1:

Display Name: Typically the name of the organization or Individual.

Fundraising Goal: We recommend starting lean and then increasing the goal or running another campaign later.

Duration of a campaign: Typically we recommend 30/45 or 90 days.If you want the campaign to be active forever click to Always On. The initial few days after the launch you should share your campaign with your existing networks and ask them to contribute and share further. The duration is extendable.

Telephone Number: Add your contact details here so our campaign manager can contact you.

Campaign Title (My plan is): This is one of the first things contributors will notice when they see your campaign. This is also the text that will display when your campaign is shared on social media. Limit: 55 characters(No special characters)

My campaign Web address: You can customize the URL, it can be anything related to the campaign(for eg: campaign title, the name of the organisation, your name). This can later be shared on social media and other networks. (Note: Please do not add any special characters and do not leave any space, do not add any website address)

Campaign Description: A brief description of your campaign. Limit: 140 characters ( with no special characters)

Step 2:

Add Category: Add relevant category related to your campaign

Country: Select your country and add your city name(your current location in a single word)

Entity: Add the entity (individual, Nonprofit and other)

Video: A YouTube or Video link that talks about the organization and the project. Ideally should be about 2 to 3 minutes long. Please add the base URL as we do not accept short URL.

Images: Maximum 5 images can be added. Specifications – Aspect ratio of 3:2 width major and maximum size 3 MB and minimum 1mb size and in .jpg and .png formats. Images should be related to the campaign.
(For medical emergency campaign-add hospital reports or bills)
(For education base campaign- add any education course/fees -related document)

Social Sharing: Connect your social media accounts to increase your credibility. Add Facebook, twitter, linked user URL.

Tags: Hashtags help in searching for the campaign on Crowdera. Use relevant keywords that you feel best to describe your campaign

Admin: You can add 3 co-owner with you to the campaign. (it is a paid feature)

Impact Assessment: How many rupees are required to impact one life

Story(About): A typical story covers the following
Details about the Project/ Campaign
Why are you crowdfunding?
Who will this project benefit?
If you are an individual add about yourself and your present activities
Your past accomplishments/awards/success stories if any
About the organization (Don’t forget to mention that you are an 80G registered nonprofit if you are from India or 501c3 nonprofit organization if you are from the USA )
You can also add more pictures, links, and videos in this section under relevant sections.
An individual should add what is the campaign all about, what will be the impact.

Spend Matrix: How will the funds be used? Every contributor wants to see how his or her funds will be utilized. The spend matrix makes it easier for you by creating the graph for your spending automatically.
Add amount and related expense and hit save and click to + for adding a new one. (Note spend should not exceed the goal amount)

About Your Project: Answer simple Q&A (128 characters with no special characters) you can skip this

3 reasons to fund your campaign: Donors want to know why they should fund your campaign. You are the best advocate for your cause and campaign! (140 characters)(no special characters should be added)

Perks: Perks are the return gift to your donors. You can offer creative perks that are easier to fulfil and won’t require too much manpower (packing, shipping and delivering). Perks can be intangible as well, as simple as a customized Thank you note! Perks are not mandatory but recommended

Step 3:

Display information: Add a Display name for organization’s add organization name and Website address and for individual add Name and Facebook user URL (for eg.
Add the campaign display picture it should be related to the campaign.

Personal Information: This is for internal purposes only. Add your name, email id, and contact number

For Indian campaigns:

Add your verification document: As an individual add PAN or Aadhar card scan copy.
If you are raising for a for-profit organisation, community or Non Profit organisation add organisation pan card scan copy. (Note image size should be minimum 1 Mb size or maximum 3 Mb size in jpg. or png formats)

Payment gateway: We have currently partnered with Razorpay and PayUMoney in India. Please note that the Payment Gateway will deduct a transaction fee from the contributions.

Razorpay: Has 7-day disbursement facility which is easy and flexible with 3.75% payment gateway charge, Add beneficiaries name, email id, contact number, and bank details

Pay u money: Payment gateway charge will be 3.99% and disbursement will happen in the second week of next month for the money raised in the current month.

Accepting for Foreign Funding:
If a campaign has to raise foreign funding and you are either a non-profit or a foundation, you need to send a scanned copy of FCRA certificate for our verification.
If you are raising funds as an individual or organisation you have to coordinate with your bank for accepting foreign funds.

Once foreign funds come to Crowdera's account, we are going to transfer the amount once the campaign ends after 120 days.
(7%payment gateway charge with $45 wire fee will be applicable on USD received)

If you wish to offer Tax Receipts directly from Crowdera you will need to provide the following details (Its $120 per annum and a paid feature). Applicable only for non-profits and following details are required:
Registration Name
Registration Number
Date of Registration
Expiry Date
PAN Card Number
Phone Number
Digital Signature
Serial No.(from which serial number do you want to offer the receipts)

Password protected: Password protected is a paid feature, if you keep your campaign password protected you have to share the password with your donors when they donate.
