Login to Crowdera with your Email and Password. You can also login faster with the help of Google or Facebook.
If you log in with Google or Facebook you can directly create a fundraising website and if you are logging in with email and password you will receive an activation link. On clicking the link your account will get activated and you can proceed to create a fundraising website.

Hit Create a campaign in the tab on the top right corner.

Click to start your fundraising website and complete it within 15 mins (get the data and documents ready beforehand):
If you are a registered Nonprofit organisation, Company or a Startup you can create a fundraising website
Note: Individuals and non registered organisations are not eligible to create a fundraising website

Step 1:

Name Of Your Organization: Name of the organization.

Fundraiser's Web Address: You can customize the URL. It can be related to the organization. This can later be shared on social media and other networks.
Do not add any website address or space or special characters

Your Location: Where are you currently located. Mention city name only.

Fundraiser's Entity: Please enter your fundraising entity (Nonprofit, community or organization)

Fundraiser's Category: Enter the relevant category

Brief description of your Organization: A brief description of your organization. Note that the limit should not exceed 140 characters and should not have any special characters

Step 2:

Video: A YouTube or Vimeo link that talks about the organization and the project. Make sure to add the full link and not the short one. The duration should ideally be about 2 to 3 minutes long.

Images: Maximum 5 images can be added. Specifications – Aspect ratio should be 3:2 width; In terms of size, maximum size should be 3 MB and minimum 1 MB, in .jpg and .png formats. Images should be related to the campaign.

For medical emergency campaign-add hospital reports or bills
For education base campaign- add any education course/fees related document

Social Sharing: Add Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter user URL

# Tags: Hashtags help in searching for the campaign on Crowdera. Use relevant keywords that you feel best to describe your campaign.

Co-owner: You can add up to 3 co-owner to your Fundrasing website. They will have access to edit the website. Adding co-owners is a paid feature

Step 3:

Impact Assessment: How many lives it is going to impact and what would be the impact
About: Tell us about your organization. Introduce your organization in brief.

About Your Project: the purpose of your fundraiser, the challenges you are facing with your current fundraising efforts. (500 characters with no special characters)

3 Reasons to Donate: Campaigners want to know why they should fund your campaign. You are the best advocate for your cause and campaign. (140 characters without any special characters)

Offering Perks: You can offer creative perks that are easier to fulfill and won’t require too much manpower(packing, shipping and delivering). Perks can be intangible as well, as simple as a customized Thank you note! Perks are not mandatory, it is return gift to your donors. However we highly recommend adding perks to increase chances of your fundraising success.

Add more details of your organisation: Organisation journey, awards, recognition achieved, how the organisation plans to have an impact, etc . The limit is 500 characters and make a not not to add any special characters.

Final Step:

Organization: provide some more details about your organization. Name, Address, Representative name, Web address, Registration Number, PAN card number or registration number of your organisation, organisation logo, etc.

Payment gateway:
For India:

Payment gateway: For India, the supported payment gateways are Razorpay and PayUMoney in India. Please note that standard Payment Gateway charges on transactions will be applicable.

Razorpay levies a 3.75% payment gateway charge and has a 7-day disbursement policy which is easy and flexible. Beneficiary name, email id, contact number, and bank details needs to be added.

PayU Money charges 3.99% as gateway charge and disbursement happens in the second week of next month for contribution received in the current month.

Accepting for Foreign Funding:
If a campaign has to raise foreign funding and is being created either by a non-profit or a foundation, then a scanned copy of FCRA certificate is needed for verification as per Reserve Bank of India norms

Once foreign funds come to Crowdera's account, it is transferred to beneficiary account after 120 days of last contribution received.

The minimum amount for a disbursement should be $500
7%payment gateway charge and a $45 wire fee will be applicable on each disbursement

For USA and other countries:

You have the choice of using PayPal, Stripe or We pay as your payment gateway. Please note that the payment gateway fees depend on the type of account you have with the gateway. We recommend using Wepay as a payment gateway for USA, UK and Canada and for other countries we recommend Stripe.

If you wish to offer Tax Receipts directly from Crowdera you Will need to provide the following details-**Tax Receipts is a paid feature**

For India

Add FCRA details if opting for foreign funding

For USA or Other countries

Automated Donation Receipts: If you are a nonprofit organization, by just adding some simple information such as organisation EIN number for USA and organisation registration number for other countries you can offer automated donation receipts that will be sent out to all your donors

Documents for verification: If you are a 501c3 organization (USA) please provide registration certificate for verification. If you are individual, you can share EIN number.
Please share organisation registration certificate if you are from other countries.
