Money has been debited from my account but not reflecting on Campaign

Ensuring donors' money reaches the beneficiary is our top priority. Crowdera uses the secure & encrypted payments technology to ensure your donation is processed safely.

Please do not close the payment page immediately after making a donation. Wait for the URL to redicted to Crowdera's acknowledgement page. Majority of the payment fails happen due to premature page closure.

Make sure that you have good connectivity while you are making a donation. If the connectivity is not good, the link get interrupted and payment not get processed to the beneficiary.

In case your payment has been debited but is not reflecting on the platform, please do not panic. Rest assured your money is safe. If the payment is not captured by our platform within 72 hours, it automatically gets refunded to the donor bank account.
