What is the duration for Campaigns and Websites? Are they extendable?
Crowdera Platform allows you the option to select campaign for 30, 45 or 90 days.
Fundraising Websites do not have any duration. However the fundraisers hosted within a website also have duration for 30, 45 or 90 days.
When your campaign gets validated by the Crowdera compliance team, it automatically takes the days you have selected and the countdown starts from the day your campaign gets validated.
Crowdera transfers 100% of the amount raised by you post deduction of applicable Payment Gateway charges.
In case you don't reach your deadline, you get to keep every penny you raise!
You have an option to extent the duration of your campaign as it nears or you reach the deadline. Please reach out to us via chat or email us at support@gocrowdera.com to extend your campaign.
You can check that your campaign duration has been increased by refreshing your campaign.
