The Owner or the co-owners have the authority to validate or discard a team request. Follow these steps:

Log into your Crowdera Account.
Click on username
Into the drop down you will see the dashboard
Click the dashboard
You will see Campaigns.
Select the campaign.
Click on Teams
Click on Activity.
Click on Campaign Statistics
Select Validate/Discard Team
