How do I edit my campaign after it is live?
Please login to your Crowdera account. Then click on the username on the right-hand side you will find the dashboard When clicking on Dashboard you will see the campaign on the left-hand side. Click on your campaign and you will find Edit Campaign option on the right-hand side of the blue box. Click on it.
Can I edit my bank account details in a live campaign?
No, once a campaign goes live post verification, the bank account details cannot be edited or changed.
How can I add offline donations to my campaign?
If someone gives you a donation outside of Crowdera platform or you would like to add your own donation to your campaign, you can add it as an offline donation, so it will count toward your goal. You won't be charged any payment gateway fees on offline donations, since the money isn't processed through Crowdera. Just click the Donation tab under manage campaign to add offline contribution.
