Does Crowdera accept International payments?
Yes you can accept international payments through the Crowdera Platform. For Campaigns created by nonprofits in India, foreign donations can be accepted only after submitting FCRA via the Crowdera platform. As foreign funds come into Crowdera's account, it gets transferred into beneficiary account 120 days after the campaign ends. Why my payment is not verified or why my campaign is not approved?
Please share the campaign title, your campaign will be in the approval process or might have missing fields because of which your payment is not verified, Also you have to send us a verification document on firstname.lastname@example.org
What is the disbursement duration once we receive the contribution to the campaign?
For India: Razorpay: which has a better disbursement facility within 7 working days of contribution received you will receive funds in your account directly, wherein you have to fill bank details with your email id and mobile number in the page itself. What is Payment gateway charge?
For INR 3.75% for payment gateway is applicable if you select Razorpay as your payment gateway but if you choose to Pay u money it will charge you 3.99% on the amount received. For USD it will be a 7% payment gateway with $45 wire fee and the USD will be transferred once the campaign ends after 120 days.
Do we have a option to choose payment gateway?
Yes. For Indian campaigns: we have two payment gateway Razorpay and pay u money, we recommend to use Razorpay. For USA and others we have We pay and PayPal and Stripe, we recommend to use we pay. What is the Payment gateway charge?
The various payment gateway charges can be found here. For campaigns with “Always ON” mode: Minimum disbursement will be 500$ . Disbursement process will be initiated from our end after 120 days from the date of last contribution received, in order to match our charge-back policy. What if my transaction is not recorded in the campaign?
It might be a technical glitch or low connectivity. Please inform us with complete details (contribution exact date, amount you have donated and campaign title). We will solve that out and normally takes 48 hours to be reflected in the campaign. Feel free to reach out to email@example.com or chat with us.
Why my transaction is not showing off?
Such incidents may occur sometimes due to: The immediate browser refreshing in post payment. Bad internet connectivity Some technical glitch
Do I receive Acknowledgment receipt?
Yes, every donor receives an acknowledgment receipt post contribution made towards any campaign or fundraiser.
I have donated but it is not reflecting in the campaign and I did not receive an acknowledgment?
