Why my payment is not verified or why my campaign is not approved?
Please share the campaign title, your campaign will be in the approval process or might have missing fields because of which your payment is not verified, Also you have to send us a verification document on firstname.lastname@example.org
What if my transaction is not recorded in the campaign?
It happens due to technical glitch or low connectivity, Please inform us with complete details when did you make the contribution, what is the amount you have donated and to which campaign you have contributed along with the date, we will add it from backend and normally it takes 48 hours to reflect into the campaign once we add it manually.
What is the disbursement duration once we receive the contribution to the campaign?
For India: Citrus: which has a better disbursement facility within 7 working days of contribution received you will receive funds in your account directly, wherein you have to fill bank details with your email id and mobile number in the page itself. And payment gateway charge is 3.75%. Pay u money: Disbursement will happen next month the second week of the contribution received in the current month. with payment gateway charge 3.99%. For Foreign Fundings: For USD it will be 7% payment gatewa
What is the Payment gateway charge?
For INR 3.75% for payment gateway is applicable if you select citrus as your payment gateway and if you choose pay u money it will be 3.99% on the amount received. For USD it will be 7% payment gateway with $45 wire fee and the USD will be transferred once the campaign ends after 45 days
Do I receive Acknowledgment receipt?
Yes, when you will contribute you will receive an acknowledgment receipt.
Why my transaction is not showing off?
Is the transaction successful when you have donated? If yes, please let us know which campaign you have donated, the amount, date and email id, with the help of this details we will be able to check it from our end and get back to you on this. It happens sometimes due to the refreshing browser immediately once you pay or due to low connectivity or some technical glitch.
